





Rosemary Infused Sea Salt
Richly infused with rosemary flavor, this sea salt blend lends its flavor to any dish it’s used in. Sprinkle on veggies, meat, fish, homemade bread, and potatoes. A simple but powerful blend of Jacobsen Salt Co.’s amazing sea salt (harvested here on the Oregon coast!) with organic rosemary that was hand-ground by me after drying.

Organic Rosemary
Dried using a method that best preserves this herb’s flavor, organic rosemary’s main addition to this blend is its herbaceous flavor. Ideal for adding to marinades, sprinkling on roasted root vegetables, and also as a finishing salt for savory dishes. After the rosemary is dried, it’s then ground with a mortar and pestle to extract the aromatic oils.
Jacobsen Sea Salt
Selected for its taste, texture, and high mineral content - coarse sea salt from Jacobsen’s was my top choice for my salt blends. This special salt is sourced from Netart’s Bay on Oregon’s coast, a unique area with high salinity due to minimal fresh water and farm water run-off compared to most sea salt sources.
